If you have had any contact with North London Hospice, we would love to hear your views on the service you received.
We want to take everyone’s views and experiences into account – patients, carers, families, friends and referrers – so we can develop our services in the future.
We highly value all user feedback, as it helps us to continuously review the care that we give to patients and their families, and to ensure it is meeting our users’ needs.
There are a number of different ways you can provide feedback, either through our website, by phone, or by post.
