This study day will explore the concept of narrative theory and examine how narrative therapy can be used in palliative care to promote resilience.

Preferred stories are challenged and re-examined in an attempt to empower patients, relatives and health care professionals.

Participants should be prepared to have their everyday perceptions challenged.
