How to sign up
You can either complete and print off our online Gift Aid form and bring it with you when you drop off your goods at one of our shops. Or you can ask a member of staff who can complete a form for you at any of our tills. You will then be issued with a Donor ID card. This means you will not have to fill out a form again, and you can use the card to make donations at any of our 13 shops. Once your items have been sold we will write to you and inform you have much money they have raised. (This is a requirement of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs).

- That you pay an amount of income and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your donations in the appropriate tax year.
- That you are not acting as a business in bringing goods in for sale to any of the shops belonging to North London Hospice.
