22.50 hours per week

Working: Health and Wellbeing Service – Winchmore Hill 

£38,412 – £42,257 pro rata 


The social work team at North London Hospice offers support to patients and their families/carers in the Inpatient Unit, in the community and within the Health and Wellbeing Service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the social work team for a dynamic, adaptable and motivated HCPC-registered social worker. This position will be primarily located within the rapidly evolving Health and Wellbeing Service.

The main aim of the service is to enable and empower those affected by a potential life-limiting condition to live the best quality of life achieving what is important to them.

We are looking for a person-centred approach to developing creative and personalised solutions to assist people to make informed choices to manage their health, wellbeing and lives independently for as long as possible.

You will be confident in working with emotional and relational complexity and risk in a multi-professional context, working alongside other colleagues in the Health & Wellbeing Service as well as the Patient & Family Support Department to deliver a seamless psychosocial and psychospiritual offer.
