The staff of M&S Brent Cross have raised £1500 for the North London Hospice through a variety of events including participation in Tough Mudder, one of the world’s most extreme obstacle courses. The event saw staff member Stuart Love overcome ice, water and live dangling electric wires in an attempt to reach the finish line and raise vital funds for the Hospice. Other activities included cake sales and participation in International Food Day. Jennifer Sheehy, Corporate Legacy Officer, commented: “We are delighted that M&S Brent Cross chose the Hospice as their nominated charity and we are enormously grateful for their support and in some cases, their bravery, in the way in which they have fundraised for us! The Hospice wouldn’t be able to provide our expert care to patients without the ongoing support of our corporate fundraisers.” M&S
