Quality of Care

As a provider of healthcare we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We constantly look at ways to improve the quality of care that we deliver, and our patient experience, through our user feedback.

We create an annual quality report for the Department of Health, the Quality Account, which is published here on this website.

Our ethos is to provide high quality individualised care for patients and families, and to have a rolling programme for improving quality.

Quality Account

Each year we create a Quality Account that describes the quality of our clinical services.

It is a report that is published annually and made available to the public. Our report is endorsed by the Board of Trustees as an accurate reflection of our services and is scrutinised externally by NHS commissioners, local user organisations, and our local authority’s Health and Overview Scrutiny Committee.
