We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and forward looking registered nurse to predominantly work on night duty, in our 18-bedded, hospice in-patient unit, providing specialist palliative care to residents of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.

You will have preferably gained some experience working with end of life patients, more importantly though, you will have an interest in career progression within the palliative care specialty. The position will be challenging and rewarding, giving you the opportunity to develop your nursing skills and knowledge further.

The successful candidate will be an adaptable team player with good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. You will also understand the patient’s journey and the role that all the departments within the Hospice contribute to this.

After an initial period of induction to the hospice during day-time hours, the majority of your working time will be on night duty. We will tailor your induction program to your needs depending on your level of experience and knowledge of palliative care and hospices.
