Lead Administrator – First Contact Centre

£28,895 – £32,218 p.a. inc. Full time 37.5 hrs p.w.

27 days annual leave plus bank holidays

At North London Hospice we provide a range of services to patients with a life limiting illness together with their families and friends. We are looking to launch a First Contact Centre based at our Finchley site which will respond to all clinical calls/enquiries/referrals. We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to oversee the transition, who will introduce and implement processes and systems which will enable us to offer a smooth and seamless service to healthcare professionals, patients and their families.

You will have day to day responsibility for managing the administration team within First Contact Centre and will work closely other clinical and non – clinical teams throughout the Hospice.
